How do i cancel my server?

To cancel any service with us you simply need to login to our client area and go to ‘My Services’. Here you can view all of your service information and request a cancellation. If you chose the end of billing the server will remain active until the next due date. If you choose immediate cancellation the server will be deleted almost instantly before the due date.  Only choose immediate cancellation if you do not want to use your server any more. If you choose the wrong option by accident then open a ticket and we can cancel the termination process before it is too late.
